What are the dimensions?
Our dimensions range from 12 feet by 38 feet up to 14 feet in width. Each house is designed to maximize space and fit your lifestyle.

What are the prices?
Our prices start at just $125,000 and can be customized up to $225,000.

Where can you get modular homes?
Our homes are proudly manufactured in Canada and can be shipped anywhere you desire in Canada and the United States.

Are the prices plus taxes?
The displayed price is plus taxes in Canada. For the United States, taxes are to be paid in the delivery state.

How long before I receive my home?
If your model is in stock, receive your home in less than a week! Otherwise, expect between 6 to 10 weeks depending on current orders.

How do you ship the homes?
Our 12-foot models are on wheels for quick and hassle-free delivery. 14-foot models are delivered on a trailer and require a crane.
